These terms govern purchases of software from thefixers.cc ("The Fixers", "we"), operated by Nico Baran. By completing a purchase you agree to them.

1. WHAT YOU ARE BUYING

Our products are digital audio plugins (VST3 / AU / AAX for macOS and Windows) and digital add-ons (preset packs, expansions, themes). Delivery is instant and electronic: after payment you receive a license key by email, plus installer download links. Nothing is shipped.

2. LICENSE

• Each purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, lifetime license to install and use the software for making music or audio — commercial releases included.
• A license may be activated on up to 3 machines that you own or control.
• You may not resell, share, sublicense, rent, or publish license keys; keys that are shared or traded may be revoked.
• You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or redistribute the software except where law expressly permits.
• The software is licensed, not sold. We keep all rights not granted here.

3. ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Because our products are digital goods delivered instantly, all sales are final and purchases are non-refundable. Free trials are available before purchase so you can hear a plugin in your own sessions first — please use them.

By completing checkout you expressly consent to immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that, where a statutory withdrawal right for consumers would otherwise apply (for example in the EU/UK), it is waived once delivery begins, as permitted by law.

If a purchase is technically defective — a key that will not validate, a download that fails — contact us and we will fix it. That is a support promise, not a refund right.

4. PRICES & PAYMENT

Prices are shown in USD. Payment is processed by Stripe or PayPal — we never see or store your card details. Promotional prices apply only during the stated window. Prices may change at any time; the price at checkout is the price you pay.

5. ACTIVATION & SERVERS

Plugins validate license keys over the internet against our license server. Activation requires a connection at the moment of activation; day-to-day use does not require constant connectivity. We aim to keep the license service available indefinitely for lifetime licenses.

6. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits statutory rights that cannot be waived.

7. LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or lost data.

8. CHANGES

We may update these terms; the version published at thefixers.cc/terms at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
